After making a poor review for Serramonte Ford last week. Immediately an employee from Serramonte Ford comments on the negative review stating to reach out to them. As I stated before I have made dozens and dozens of phone calls to Serramonte Ford while going through cancer. I was trying to figure out how they can release a car off the lot that was in such a dangerous condition. After Matt Shone replied to my review, once again I immediately Reach Out. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls, I leave a personal voice message for him at Serramonte Ford. No return phone call no response to the email. I find it so pathetic that after multiple and multiple attempts to get a hold of someone to help me out. Matt has the audacity to respond to the review. And then once again ghost the customer like they always do. I was sent off the lot with the car that didn't even have a working horn. Pretty sure that's illegal considering that's a basic part of the safety check. The car is taking in water filling up the passenger floor in the front and back, and I discovered a major section missing on the passenger floor with multiple wires exposed as well as fuse box exposed. The wires Sizzle after the car has been running and heat is turned on. I am so disappointed in the service at Serramonte Ford. I really hope upper management takes a good look at the people representing them. More

In my experience, car dealership experiences have never been as enjoyable, stress free, and fun as the experience I had trading in my car and buying a certified pre-owned mustang from Gerson (and the team). Gerson was the only salesman of all the dealerships I contacted who reached out via email with a photo of a car similar to what I was looking for — that was a really amazing first impression, and made me feel welcomed. I visited the Serramonte Ford location twice, and both times I was treated fairly and with respect. All of my questions were answered either by Gerson himself, a manager and/or specialist from the team (Sebastian, Jason) All the way down to the final steps, during the financing and contract signing phase, the whole sale/purchase was a fun and exciting experience. Hazma was great, professional, kind/pleasant, and made sure to explain to me all the various forms and contracts, and the value of additional protection plans. Thanks for the best car dealership experience I have ever had! I couldn’t be happier in my new (certified pre owner) car! More

Oday Alamour actually went outside to greet me as I was checking out the cars and trucks in front of the dealership. I spoke to him for a few minutes about their inventory of electric vehicles. He was very nice and he didn’t pretend that I had to buy a car today. I didn’t feel any pressure. I asked for his business card and I left. I was only there because my 2016 Cmax PHEV was in for service. If I’m interested in a Ford in the future I will email Oday to start off the process. More
