Gerson was the only salesman of all the dealerships I contacted who reached out via email with a photo of a car similar to what I was looking for — that was a really amazing first impression, and made me feel welcomed. I visited the Serramonte Ford location twice, and both times I was treated fairly and with respect. All of my questions were answered either by Gerson himself, a manager and/or specialist from the team (Sebastian, Jason) All the way down to the final steps, during the financing and contract signing phase, the whole sale/purchase was a fun and exciting experience. Hazma was great, professional, kind/pleasant, and made sure to explain to me all the various forms and contracts, and the value of additional protection plans. Oday Alamour actually went outside to greet me as I was checking out the cars and trucks in front of the dealership. I spoke to him for a few minutes about their inventory of electric vehicles.
