When I said that doesn’t mamma sense he couldn’t give me an answer that made sense . He then said he would give me a 10 percent Discount which he probably should have given me any way. He made no attempt to find out why I was being charged more basically he made it clear that w as the amount I would pay I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager I have always had excellent service until now More
