I had to wait over 3 weeks for the first available appointment. When I brought my car in, they said they could no longer read the check engine notification. I had included all of the information tha appointment. When I brought my car in, they said they could no longer read the check engine notification. I had included all of the information that the reading showed, but they did not look into it. I was frustrated I had to wait so long and then got no answers. They were very nice, but I'm back to square one. More

I bought my 2020 Sportage from this dealership and until this last service my experience has been superb. I know that conditions are difficult but three hours for routine service (oil change and tire rotati this last service my experience has been superb. I drive 25 miles to get here and won’t continue to do that when quick lube places are minutes from my home and will have me out in 30 minutes tops. Love my car but need better service option. More

I purchased a car and Raleigh was kind and professional from start to finish! The driver’s visor had to be replaced so when it came in, I brought the car back to the service department and both people I en from start to finish!
