Took my car in for service. It had an engine light on and was running awful. Was told it would be 6weeks to 8weeks before they could test it to see what the problem was. They parked my car around the back where it set for two weeks. I decided to call Riverchase Kia to see if they could look at it and they said yes they could get to it in a couple of days. I had to then pay $$$ to have my car towed to another dealership just because your dealership didn't have the time. Then after another week, I find out that whatever sensor was causing the car to run bad had reset and the car is now running perfect again. So for my car to be out of commission for about 4 weeks and to then find out nothing was wrong with it was frustrating. Spent $110.00 on a tow because of your slow service department. More
I have had excellent response / reception from the phone operator to the parts to the service department. I highly recommend Lisa as she has looked up accessory parts for me and given me advice on wha phone operator to the parts to the service department. I highly recommend Lisa as she has looked up accessory parts for me and given me advice on what to do if not available. And Joshua did a great job changing my oil and rotating tires promptly. The waiting room is pleasant, roomy and stocked with coffee and water. What’s not to love? More
