Friendly and courteous and usually prompt and informative but this particular day was different. It took over two hours for them to do a simple oil change and probably would have taken longer had I not went but this particular day was different. Just before closing Brooks Neely met me in the service department and set up my 2022 Telluride for it's first routine service and exploration of two (2) recall notifications I had received from Kia. I told Brooks I needed my SUV back before closing the next day. Brooks handled both my service and the recalls and made sure my Telluride was available when I came to pick it up the next afternoon.
