Would not recommend service to anyone The rep was telling me I had to buy something I didn't need @ 11,000 miles. I returned my car for service @ 6,000 miles for a oil Change that was all The rep was telling me I had to buy something I didn't need @ 11,000 miles. I returned my car for service @ 6,000 miles for a oil Change that was all that was done,but when I returned @ 11,000 I was told it would cost me about 140.00 too service my car. The rep said I would need some kind of air filter every 5,000 miles rotating of my tires,long story short if my car need all of that every 5,000 mile why didn't you do that on my first service trip on you? I would like for you to respect me / not play me for a fool. I can go to Express oil get an oil Change get my windshield washed/ pay less,but your service will not wash my windshield and charge mr more and I purchase my car from you. More

Surprisingly pleasant I happened to get off work early Friday and called to get my car’s first maintenance scheduled. They were able to get me in that afternoon! And ever I happened to get off work early Friday and called to get my car’s first maintenance scheduled. They were able to get me in that afternoon! And everything to be done was explained before I was guided to a very comfortable waiting area with a huge tv, a snack area with real snacks, bottled water and keurig coffee! I actually enjoyed my wait! Checked out the restroom- immaculately clean. When my car was ready, everything was reviewed with me, and I was again surprised to find that they wipe the dash area off and clean the windshield. I felt very taken care of. I recommend Kia Trussville service center! More
