My issue with the service occurred after I got home. Four screws were on the floor of the front passenger side. I called the service department and was told that I had to come and wait to be serviced be Four screws were on the floor of the front passenger side. I won't have time to just come and wait because of my work schedule, so I'm hoping that I can schedule an actual appointment to handle the issue. More
