Does not stand behind their products I bought a new vehicle and a couple days later it’s making a popping noise after eleven months and changing parts three times (car has been looked at I bought a new vehicle and a couple days later it’s making a popping noise after eleven months and changing parts three times (car has been looked at four or five times) still makes the popping noise and the dealership will not make it right. Even tried to trade it for another but they wanted me to put money down in order for my payments to remain the same. I even told them I would pay a little more per month not much more but close to 10 percent more but they still wanted me to put money down because they would not budge in helping make it work on a car they will not fix or stand behind. I will not recommend Serra anything anytime ever. The only upside is the salesman is great and I think he actually tried to talk to the manager for me but it went in one ear and out the other More

Won't honor online pricing Isaiah Grayson was great but the rest couldn't do simple math! So after jacking us around for 2 days and 2 hours in the dealership and trying to sale us the car we came for, for $3500 more because "you add the rebate back to the sale price" they miraculously realize after they figured out we werent idiots that they sold that car last night. The finance, management, internet sales and whoever else couldn't get the math are a joke! They tried to pull one over on us because they probably priced something wrong. Im sure the car is hide in the back because they didn't want to honor their online price! More
