The showroom was stunning , I was greeeted with a smile and a hello from the receptionist, I wasn’t bombarded by salesmen when I pulled up Bronson greeted me with a smile and ask what he could help me with and showed me to the service department , it was spotless and the amenities they offer in the customer waiting area were great and they even have a room full of toys to keep my 2 year old busy. The GM Lee even came around the dealership and spoke to each and everyone of us and ask if there was anything at all that we needed. I will definitely continue to visit this dealership and service department for all my future needs. Frankie and Jessica in service were very knowledgeable and were so nice and not pushy at all. Courteous and timely. I was greated with a smile by Frankie. He asked why I was there, but because it was freezing outside he hurriedly got me inside to complete the proces I was greated with a smile by Frankie. He said it would take about 2 hours to fix the recall, but he would put one of his best people on it. In less than an hour I was walking out the door. I consider that customer first service!
