Awesome service! My entire experience from beginning to end was pleasant. I had recently been in a car accident and found out my car was deemed totaled. After stopping at 5 different lots and being on edge, as soon as I walked through the door, I was at peace. Bronson was my sales representative and he was awesome. Anything I asked, he answered with honesty and please believe, I had a lot of questions because I’m inquisitive for one and for two, it was my first major car purchase. Never did he lose patience when it came to my many questions or by my indecisiveness. He made sure I was 100% pleased with my decision before making it. He was very personable and allowed me and my mother in law to get to know him. It wasn’t just about business. He let us into his life, got to really know us, and I can’t commend him enough for that. I’d buy a car from him a million times if I could. He wasn’t pushy or forceful, and everything just flowed naturally. I ended up speaking with several other people at this location, and they were nice as well when servicing me. This dealership has exceeded my expectations and for that, they’ve gained my loyalty. Mess up from start Bought altima on Monday heat lights didn’t work, took back twice, next Monday, this time they took car to auction without telling me. Then the general sales manager Luke also helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. His customer service was phenomenal. He broke down all of our bills with us and helped us figure out our payments and he was truly wonderful. Kayla was finally able to break away and she gave me the hugest hug like we were best friends and it was just such a wonderful experience.
