I bought a set of 4 Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires. They were the worst tires I ever purchased in my life. There was a washboard effect when traveling over 50 mph. Then, there was a crab effect when changing lanes on a highway. Even though Michelin had a 30-day money-back guarantee, I was anticipating a sticky issue in returning the tires for a replacement set. Mr. Gremaux handled it extremely well. He arranged for a new set of Michelins and did not charge me for mounting and balancing. If you have any issues in service, see Mr. Steven Gremaux.
