Service Dept needs a tuneup Simple oil change & rotation Sat a.m. took 2 hrs. Snack area needed attention. Employee left his 'old oil bottle' he used to drain with on the skid pl Simple oil change & rotation Sat a.m. took 2 hrs. Snack area needed attention. Employee left his 'old oil bottle' he used to drain with on the skid plate. It turned over on way home and finished dripping on our new garage floor. 4 attempts to get a manager to return my calls. Finally I used a personal email direct to service mgr which produced an apology and next service free offer, which we will not use. More
