If possible I would give -5 stars 1 star is far too
many.
Don't bother unless you want to spend a lot of time in their lounge.

Poor, expensive, rude service.

service desk in general - Older female employee. Very very rude. Younger man (Jared?) very very pleasant. Only reason this isn't a 1 star across the book.
