We were very pleased with the knowledge our salesman had of the vehicles. He answered every question we asked of him. Our car had to be brought from another dealership and had an item on it we would not have asked for. We were informed this could happen and agreed to it, but would rather not had to pay for something we didn't really need or want. A welcome surprise was the salesman took quite a bit of time explaining many of the features inside the car before we drove it off the lot. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! When I came in for my oil change, usually Allan comes to the car and asks how many miles and gets the keys, he did not do this. I came in and they both (Correen and Allen) seemed really busy so I asked was the car and asks how many miles and gets the keys, he did not do this. I came in and they both (Correen and Allen) seemed really busy so I asked was I on time for my appointment. Allen stated I was and he then asked how many miles and I stated to him that information. I then took my seat sometime Allen stated that my car was ready I was engaged in reading the morning paper. Allan then stated that all of my paperwork would be at the desk. He did not state if I needed anything else or what the out come of the dye that was put into my car about the airconditioner. Maybe it was just one of those busy days for them. Thanks! After getting in a car accident and having another place (recommended by my insurance) do a horrible job of fixing my car Subaru was able to find the remaining issues and fix them in a timely fashion. I have to admit, when it came time to buy a new car for my wife I was more than hesitant at first to deal with this dealership. The reason is because it is owned by Worden Martin. I have bought MANY cars o my wife I was more than hesitant at first to deal with this dealership. The reason is because it is owned by Worden Martin. I have bought MANY cars over the years from Worden Martin and their other dealerships (Ford City, Nissan, Carmart and Vermilion Chevrolet). I can't say I've ever had a really bad experience with any of the Sales persons, but the Service Departments at these other dealerships are the worst! By far the worst experience I've ever had with a service department was at the original Worden Martin dealership, but I've had issues at Ford and Nissan as well. As a result, I would purchase the cars, and never come back except for warranty issues or recalls. I went out of town or to independent shops. I figured I'd have to do the same with Subaru of Champaign County as well. All other Worden Martin dealerships need to look at their own Subaru Dealership on how to treat a customer! Cary Woolard was my salesman. He is funny, friendly and professional. Kelly Wetherall is the Sales Manager, and he too was enjoyable to deal with. I'm sure I could have gotten a better price from another Subaru Dealership up north, but I didn't want to drive to Chicago 5 or 6 times to save $2000.00 dollars. The finance person (I'm sorry, I have forgotten her name!) was very informative and helpful getting financing. I think the best experience overall has been with the Service Dept. Alan Myers is my service guy, and I have never felt the high-pressure sales tactics or just flat-out rude arrogance I have experienced at Worden Martin's other service departments. Alan and Carleen are always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are on the high side-typical of any dealership, but I feel much better paying those prices for the service I get. I am so happy with them, I now bring my truck and my daughter's car to them for service too. My wife has driven the Subaru for more than a year now, and she says she won't ever own another brand of car. More
