They didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want, and were so patient in explaining the new tech features. The sales department is top notch. Our paperwork was quite easy, and Preston didn't pressure us to add things on we didn't want. My local dealer in Bloomington/Normal basically would not lift a finger to sell me a car, and East Peoria for whatever reason could not get me what I wanted, but Subaru of Champaign County sure did!!! Fantastic interactions from day one and a very can do attitude. I was even seriously looking at BMW's and so glad I went with Subaru again. This will be my third Subaru and won't be my last. However, I was so glad that I went into this one! The guys were welcoming, not overbearing or desperate, and not "salesy" at all. I didn't feel pressured to buy a car but rather invited to buy the car that was right for me. Cary and Tim, my salesmen were easy to talk to and knowledgeable.
