Serra Nissan responded

We did diagnose the vehicle, but could not duplicate the problem that the customer was explaining to us. During the diagnosis, the customer's car presented other issues, which might be leading to the issue that they are having with their vehicle, but we could not say for sure since we could not duplicate the issue. We did have to charge the diagnostic fee since we found other items that the customer didn't initially bring the vehicle in for and the repairs being refused.
