The service on the car was fine however they didn’t stay in contact regarding repairs and completion date. I called several times, left several voicemails and used the texting option that was provided over in contact regarding repairs and completion date. I called several times, left several voicemails and used the texting option that was provided over a week and a half timeframe and never got a response. The receptionist even said she would walk to the service department and deliver a message and I still didn’t get a callback. I had to get a ride to the dealership to inquire about the progress and completion of the job. One simple call or text with an update would have saved me a lot of worries and trouble getting a ride to the dealership just to get a status report. I’m a single person who works a full time job and really needed my car. More

Lack communication and leadership. I spent two hours waiting for my car to get service only to find out the person who do the service wasn’t at work. I informed them what I needed when I spent two hours waiting for my car to get service only to find out the person who do the service wasn’t at work. I informed them what I needed when they set my appointment. So why would you schedule me for a day the guy isn’t working. The only reason I was informed because I went to check on the status. So when I did speak to the manager I informed him that I drove 2 hours for my appointment and waited 2 hours just to be told that they couldn’t do it. The manager looked as if he was lost at no time did he apologize or try to compensate me for my time. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced period. More
