I had an appointment Friday, 3-31-23 @ 8:00am to have a door locked looked at. Tried calling several times during the day and no one would answer the phone. Finally got a call back at 5:00 telling me I was door locked looked at. Tried calling several times during the day and no one would answer the phone. Finally got a call back at 5:00 telling me I was going to have to leave the car overnight. I couldn’t leave it. After talking to the shop they had not even diagnosed the problem nor talked to my warranty company. Big Waste of time. More

Not very good at communicating and tried to cover up issues with the vehicle I bought. Luckily I caught and it's being fixed. The only good thing to come from this experience is they are actually taking issues with the vehicle I bought. Luckily I caught and it's being fixed.
