2 weeks after I bought my certified pre-owned vehicle, my oil light came on. My car was completely out of oil. The manager I spoke with on Saturday never returned my phone call on Monday and Tuesday. Finally oil light came on. My car was completely out of oil. The manager I spoke with on Saturday never returned my phone call on Monday and Tuesday. Finally spoke to a different manager and took my car Wednesday afternoon to be serviced. I was not charged for the service and I was supposed to of been reimbursed for the oil I had to put in my car but have yet to receive the check, even though I gave one of the service managers the receipt for the oil. I am dissatisfied with Serra Nissan at this point. More

My appointment was scheduled after being told the part was there for a recall on rear seat belts. I was told it would probably take possibly half a day. While sitting in the waiting room for about 15 minutes for my ride to pick me up, I was told that the part that they had in stock was not for my vehicle, so I had to make another appointment when the part came in. Took my vehicle back after the part came in and was told it would probably take a day for the repair, after not receiving a call from the service department, I called about 4:30, after finally speaking to someone, I was told that my vehicle would be ready the next day. Very inconvenient service but I was given a free oil change and tire rotation for the inconvenience. More
