Took my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder in for oil change. Had 10:30 am appointment and arrived at 10: am . I received a notice via email that my folding key fob has a recall on it and it could be a safety issue if not repaired and to contact Nissan to schedule a repair. The person I spoke with was very nice and h a recall on it and it could be a safety issue if not repaired and to contact Nissan to schedule a repair. The person I spoke with was very nice and helpful and I scheduled the appointment however when I arrived on my appointment date and time I was informed by another nice and helpful person that they don’t have the parts needed to repair the key fob so it was a wasted trip that I had to take time off work for. I was informed that I will be contacted to schedule another appointment when the repair part arrives and I know this type of thing can happen but I did have to take time off work to make the scheduled appointment time and the needed part was not even in stock. I left my cell number and I am waiting for a call to tell me that the part is in so I can reschedule. I did not have any complaints about the Nissan employees I spoke with as mention they were polite and helpful but it would have been good to have confirmed the service department had the needed part before scheduling me for an appointment More

Once service was complete, I got in my car and the oil light was on. I alerted the maintenance staff of the light. The service manager told me that the oil dispenser was not working properly. I questioned light was on. I alerted the maintenance staff of the light. The service manager told me that the oil dispenser was not working properly. I questioned whether the car had received any oil at all and was told it did get 3 quarts of oil. At this point I’m unsure if the car actually had oil in it at all but I guess time will tell if my car was ruined. Service manager did not offer a discounted service or anything. He only apologized for the equipment not functioning properly. I’m no service manager but making sure equipment is functioning properly each day before providing service should be apart of the daily tasks. More

When a reason couldn’t be determined as to why my 2019 Sentra has been “acting up” and I showed my disappointment and Very friendly and informative.
