Cat is just over a year old and almost to end warranty. Problem with death services have been going on since purchase. Service manager started when it happened again they would replace it. However, now, Service center won't fix because they can't recreate the situation in the shop. They tell me to call Nissan to get approval to replace dash device. They call Serra back and Serra tells them since they can't recreate it in the shop, they can't help me. They give me two alternatives. One, when it happens immediately stop everything and immediately drive to Serra (45 minutes from my home) or I can submit a video of the incident wish my dash (while driving). I can't video the interior of car while driving ... it is unsafe AND there are hand held laws in my state. Nissan and Serra refuse to do the repair. Iwe are now in the process of getting rid of this Nissan and looking for a better built car with more reliable/responsive maintenance service facilities and manufacturers. Obviously Serra Nissan and Nissan really don't give a xxxx. More
