I have a fleet car. I made an appointment a few days before I arrived, giving full details of what I needed fixed. I dropped my car off at 7am, I arrived first, but anot I made an appointment a few days before I arrived, giving full details of what I needed fixed. I dropped my car off at 7am, I arrived first, but another car came later and pulled in the lane next to me, when the door opened, they pulled in first, because of an issue with my battery, my car would not start, there was one tech, he went to the other car first, and while he was being very socialable with that driver, I waited, once he was done, he come over, after I explained why I was there and that I had an appointment, he said ok, but talked with another customer before checking my appointment. I knew I would have to leave the car, I live about 10 mins from the dealership, there was no one there to give me a ride home. As I was walking home I received a text message from the dealership about my car, the message said to use this as a source of communication. Aaround 2pm, I hadn’t heard anything, I texted, no reply. I called, no one answered or called me back. This was Wednesday, the day before thanksgiving. I never received a call or an update the the text. On Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, I called, texted no answer. I called my fleet plan, I learned that they had received a call from the dealership, and was waiting for someone to approve the work order. After 2 hrs , still couldn’t get anyone from the dealership on the phone. I got a ride to the dealership, 3 techs where sitting at the desk, I explained why I was there… While there at the shop I called my fleet co. got the work approved. This was around 10am. Waited all day, couldn’t get anyone one the phone or text. Got a ride to the dealership, learned that my car was ready, they were waiting for payment. I was VERY disappointed with the lack of communication. More
