No service I made an appoint to bring my car in at 8am for a problem I was having. I called back about 2pm since I had not received a call from them and was tol I made an appoint to bring my car in at 8am for a problem I was having. I called back about 2pm since I had not received a call from them and was told that no one had looked at my car and they would not be able to look at it until the next day. Appointment to examine flaking paint not honored I bought a 2017 Altima brand new 6 months ago from them. Last week, while washing the car, a 1" section of paint just sprayed right off on the kick pa I bought a 2017 Altima brand new 6 months ago from them. Last week, while washing the car, a 1" section of paint just sprayed right off on the kick panel below the passenger door. I made an appointment to have it looked at, so I took the day off from work to go to this appointment. When I got there, I was told only the service manager could do the "adhesion test" and he was in a meeting. Bear in mind, I told them the reason for the appointment when I requested it. I waited for two and a half hours before giving up and going home. Ridiculous. More
