How is it a car dealership and no one to wash cars??? My car is never washed every time I bring it there to be serviced. At NISSAN of MOBILE my car is washed every time i don’t even have to ask. I’ve never been told BS about my vehicle. I asked why is my bumper poking out I was told because of the sun and the heat. THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. Every car in the world would have a poking bumper. The professionalism does not exist if you don’t know the reason say that don’t tell your customers BS to get them out of your face. I’m disgusted with Serra Nissan at this point. I’d rather drive to Mobile and servic emu car every couple months. I have never been disappointed by service there. NOT ONCE! More

TERRIBLE It took me 3 trips to get a window replaced. I called on September 13 and spok with Courtney who ordered my window and was cery profesaional. Had an appt the following day on Saturday September 14 with Amanda. Then was told by Amanda they wouldn’t be able to get me and and to come back on Momday and she would give me a loaner vehicle and put the window under my manufacturers warranty. That was a LIE. Then was told by the service manager Scott Fuller that I would have to pay upfront and be reimbursed by my insurance because they did not have a collision center. Scott quoted me $580.50. I left and went back the next day at 9 a.m. and they repaired the window quickly, however the bill was ove $600.00. When I told them what I was quoted by Scott Fuller they corrected the bill like I had a coupon. Nothing was handled professionally and I will NOT go back to that dealer. More
First time warranty work I just purchased a Nissan Murano. There were some issues with the sensors, so I chose the dealer closest to me. I made an appointment, and when I arrived they were ready for me. I was told it would most likely take more than an hour, but offered to shuttle me back to work. I told them I had to have it back by 4:00, and it was right on time. They took care of all my concerns. This will be my service center for my future needs, warranty or not. More
