I came in on this date May 26 2021 to have my air I came in on this date May 26 2021 to have my air conditioner serviced. Did realize that I would be there from 7 to 11 then to find out that som I came in on this date May 26 2021 to have my air conditioner serviced. Did realize that I would be there from 7 to 11 then to find out that someone drove off with my car from your service department and not told until I ask after 11 why it's taking so long. That's when I was told that my car had been driven off by another customer that's how it was explained. I was offered to be dropped off at home and my 6 year old grandson but I couldn't because everything I needed to get in my home was in my car. My son came and picked me up at 11:40. I waited at home until 1:30 never heard from Nissan's Service department therefore I called the police, they brought me back up there and the person that took care of my car told the police that she had my car back. The police wanted to know how that could happen what she told the police wasn't what she told me. I can't understand how anyone could think that my car would be a rental car with personal items in there. When I got my car back I looked inside to make sure my personal items was still in it. Didnt think to look at the gas gauge before I left because I knew I had a half a tank. When I check it was close to empty. You didn't even try to replace my gas or make sure I and my grandson was alright to offer an apology. I was told I wouldn't be charged for the service but I wasn't told what was done no invoice was in the car nor given to me. I don't even know if my car was actually serviced or just taken for a joy ride. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN NISSAN'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTER ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE. The service department sucks. I had a new Auxillary/phone USB Port installed 2 weeks ago and it don't work. I was told by Scott Fuller that nothing could be done about it.
