The sales staff at Serra Nissan of Sylacauga have absolutely zero clues as to responding to e-mailed sales inquiries (aka 'internet sales'), or even to their own web site's green "Get Sales Price" bu absolutely zero clues as to responding to e-mailed sales inquiries (aka 'internet sales'), or even to their own web site's green "Get Sales Price" button, which is clearly a fraudulent gimmick. The only person's name I could ever elicit from them was that of a Ryan Stewart, who repeatedly refused to issue a quote on a new Murano Platinum below their web site's list price unless I drove 100 miles round trip to 'meet with one of their managers', and who completely ignored my numerous requests for a real internet sales rep to contact me regarding what would have otherwise been an easy cash sale. That hasn't stopped them from sending me several more unsigned marketing e-mails, though, my replies to which they systematically ignore, as well. So I scraped them off like raccoon doody from my shoe, and then bought this $40K Murano through another local dealer who, as it turns out, acquired that very same car right from Serra/Sylacauga's lot. *Snicker* Joke's on you, Ryan Stewart (and non-existent sales staff) - you should probably go back to sweeping up and changing tires, bubba! To be fair, though, Don Wood, 'Sales Manager', also ignores all sales-related e-mails. Somebody at corporate really should clean house at Serra/Sylacauga, because their sales and customer service dysfunction seems to be quite virulent... More
