Upon inspection, there was buildup and codes, likely due to overdue routine maintenance. The diagnostic was only performed after permission was granted, and our service advisor explained the situation and recommended either a restoration service or a new engine. Our records indicate that you scheduled the restoration service, but never showed for your appointment.
