Did not take responsibility For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finall For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finally performed diagnostics on the electric system and noticed a parasitic draw on the battery from the stock radio in the vehicle. Their response was try try and sell me on an $800+ head unit versus fixing their own workmanship. Now I have an unreliable (and potentially unsafe) vehicle due to a faulty head unit in the vehicle. Was very disappointed they did not take responsibility. More

I brought my car back in for a tire pressure issue and to update my GPS, I work with both Jeff and Mark, both were very friendly and knowledgable and had my car back to me quickly. Car returned with less than 1/4 tank of gas I recently had my Mazda 3 repaired at Park Mazda. The service associate was very nice and answered all of my questions and worked around my schedule ( I recently had my Mazda 3 repaired at Park Mazda. The service associate was very nice and answered all of my questions and worked around my schedule (kind of). When I went to pick up my car between 11:45 and 12:00 at night, I noticed that my gas tank was not at the original 3/4 mark. (or even close) There was less than 1/4 tank left, when I notified the service associate I was told I could drive back out to the dealership for the gas. I requested a gas card and I have never recieved an answer or follow up. More

Good service always! I have only taken my car to Park since I purchased it except for tires. Very happy and they wash the car too. I had ordered a part and even checked the day before my service to see that it had arrived. It had. After I arrived and stood around for a few minutes without being acknowledged, Dave came out and asked me if I were being helped. At the end of the visit and with me being very vocal and displeased, Dave worked with me and made it right. Just goes to show you that a Dealership of bad apples can have one good one! Thanks, Dave!
