Since we are in the middle of a family illness, I will have to be brief. The bottom line is that this is the best dealership, with the best personnel. Everyone goes out of their way to insure that a service appointment is at a convenient time for our schedule, the work is thorough and everyone is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help. When I owned a Corvette it took the dealer FIVE times to correct a brake light malfunction. At Bill Marsh Hyundai everything that needs correction is done the FIRST time. More
My daughter, a college student at the time, bought an Elantra, her first new car at Bill Marsh Hyundai in 2004. They were informative & answered all of her questions, and were very accomodating, & made it a pleasant experience for a 1st time new car buyer. She was very pleased with her purchase & the excellent customer service she received, that a few years later, she traded the Elantra in for a Tuscon! My husband & I were looking to purchase a new vehicle. My husband being an avid FORD man, checked out the Ford dealership, and were not really impressed with what we saw, not to mention that the warranty did not even compare to that of Hyundai. So, we went to Bill Marsh Hyundai, knowing the wonderful experience our daughter had. We spoke to Adam Handwerk who showed us various models & we fell in love with the Sonota. Again, the customer service was excellent. He addressed all of my husbands questions & concerns. And so, we drove off with our very first BRAND NEW car. We were extremely happy with our purchase, However, a few months later we had some issues with the back up lights. We brought it in to Bill Marsh & without going into much detail--They assured us that whatever the issue, it would be taken care of. Mike Marsh called us personally to alleviate any concerns that we may have had. The Bill Marsh Dealership went above & beyond to to accomodate us. They took care of the issue. We could not be happier. The Bill Marsh group is part of our extended family. We feel special every time we walk thru the doors, Whether it be for an oil change, service or just to stop to say hello--They are family! We will definitely purchase our next vehicle thru Bill Marsh. More
When we bought our first Hyundi it was back in 2002. We bought two 2003 Tiburons. One for my stepson and of course one for me. That is when we first Met Josh. He is the most helpfull sales person i ever have come in contact with. Of course there is, I am sure other sales reps also with the desire for customer satisfaction. We have since that time bought a 2008 Sonata then traded it back in to get a 2008 Triburon since mine had been totaled in an accident. The Maintenance Department consistently goes above & beyond normal service. We are treated like family and feel that this is Our Hyundai home! Timely follow up and interest in our automobile needs is this organizations highest priority! They do an outstanding job. Josh Lawson and Steve, the lead sales person are both personal friends. The owner, Bill Marsh Jr. is a first name friend and an important supporter of a number of local civic activities. He is an outstanding leader in the Grand Traverse Area.
