I had the pleasure of working with Brandon. I've never seen a more dedicated, energetic salesman in my car buying history. I told him what i wanted and he was on it immediately. It's been about 3 months since we bought our CRV. It's a great vehicle - no problems there. Marcus was enjoyable to work with and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were looking to purchase. He made the process of negotiating a price pleasant. Arrived shortly after dealership opened. Once inside the left set of doors,there were several men by the right doors/offices standing around conversing and looking at me. I had been waiting just a few minut left set of doors,there were several men by the right doors/offices standing around conversing and looking at me. I had been waiting just a few minutes and in walks Mr. Smith through the right set of doors. He walks directly towards me with a huge smile and greets me like he was having the day of his life. Just his smile made me smile. I advised him that I had come to test drive a car that my husband liked, in knowing this Mr. Smith still made every effort to show me the car. His enthusiasm never faded as we drove the car around. I NEVER felt pressured to buy the vehicle. He never seemed to be in a hurry. I was treated like the only customer on the lot. (In past times some salesmen constantly shop the lot for other customers if I wasn't interested in buying, while talking AT ME.) He started under the hood and then the tires and then moved inside showing me every accessory in the vehicle. The overall reason that I bought that day was due to his honesty and respect that he gave me. He never showed frustration through the barging phase. He never lost his smile. I did not feel like he was trying to pull one over on me even though I was by myself. He treated me like he had known me for years in conversation and actions. I recommend HIM as a salesman especially if considering any car from any dealership. In all the cars that I have bought over the years this has to be one of the smoothest purchases from start to finish. Serra is where I purchased my last car and used their service department. I have never had a problem with them. The people in the service department are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. I overall feel like I was treated very fair in THIS purchase. I do recommend a little bit of upgrade in paint,xxxxxxetc.. I wouldn't necessarily go way out, but at least put some of the profits back into the business. Sometimes a little change in scenery is eye catching. More

Overall our experience was favorable. AT 1st I was not sure they were really interested in selling me a car. It was raining that day, but I was there looking for a vehicle. Eventually things went along sure they were really interested in selling me a car. It was raining that day, but I was there looking for a vehicle. Eventually things went along fairly smoothly. Our sales person was friendly, but relatively new at her job. She was not real familar with the vehicle I was looking at. She did her best I think, but being the only woman sales person on the lot, she did not receive much help from her male counterparts. Dealing over the price, etc., went smoothly and in the end I was satisfied. Finally, if you are going to sell cars on Sat., then you need to have your service dept. open on Sat.... Serra Honda one of the only places I know that doesn't. Serra Toyota does. P.S. The customer waiting area was a disaster. Coffe pot,but no coffee,no cups,no creamer or sugar, etc. - no one really cared. The bathrooms were dirty and had no paper towels and verly little toilet paper. More

Marcus was also very quick at locating a vehicle for us when the model and trim line we wanted was not in stock (2011 Odyssey EXL). Thanks also to Joey Tedder, finance director, who was very patient during the completion of our finance paperwork. Joey answered all of our questions and made sure we understood each document before signing. We were also pleased that the general manager, Len Ganim, stopped by during our visit to make sure we were getting everything we needed. Thank you to the great team at Serra Honda of Sylacauga. More
We had a great experience at Serra Honda. In the past when attempting to purchase a car at this dealership the salesmen were unfriendly and provided little assistance. This time as soon as we entered the when attempting to purchase a car at this dealership the salesmen were unfriendly and provided little assistance. This time as soon as we entered the dealership everyone was going out of their way to make our experience a positive one. Not only did I feel like I got a good deal on the car we purchased but I also felt as though we made a personal connection with the sales associates. I would definitely recommend Serra Honda to my family and friends. It is great to see a good group of associates selling a quality name like Honda. More
