While I appreciate a response at all, I've already had the displeasure of talking with the store manager which made me immediately contact corporate. I've also received a text addressing a different customer asking how Serra can help. Sad that the only contact made to me from this 'business' isn't intended for me. Don't waste your time dealing with staff at Serra Honda O'Fallon for issues. They couldn't care less.
