TJ has been the best car salesperson I’ve ever worked with - hands down! I’d first made a general online inquiry about the vehicle and TJ reached out promptly to make himself available for any questions with - hands down! The Serra Honda dealer is about 45 miles from our house. I made a trip out to meet in person and to take the vehicle for a test drive. Upon returning, I explained to TJ that I was considering one other used model at another dealer, and I received zero pressure from TJ on making a deal with him. He shared his confidence in the Serra service dept and the thoroughness with which they go over their cars before listing for sale. Jumping to the end - I reached out to TJ to move forward with our purchase. EVERYTHING was smooth in the process: from initial contact, to test drive, to price, to closing…everything! I have told him to cancel the warranty but have gotten no confirmation of this happening. More
