The service manager and technicians are very friendly, helpful, and As always, the service required was everything we expected from Rivertown Honda. The service manager and technicians are very friendly, helpful, and courteous including the cashier-clerks behind the counter. Our wait has always been very comfortable including wi-fi service so even if the expected wait is going to be long, the waiting area is very airy with lots of light and outdoor light allowing for easy reading, watching the provided TV, or using a laptop computer. We highly recommend coming in with an "appointment" which greatly shortens the waiting time! I like the way the service manager comes in to explain any possible future service needs your vehicle may have to be performed to prevent damage or more costly repairs without any pressure along with estimated cost to have those repairs performed. More
