Was here just a few minutes shy of two hours for nothing more than an oil change, even with having an appointment. They also did not complete the free tire rotation that I was told over the phone I would re more than an oil change, even with having an appointment. They also did not complete the free tire rotation that I was told over the phone I would receive at the time of service. I was there so long I didn't even want to ask for it. Sucked all of the time out of my whole morning, and didn't even have all of the services done that I was expecting to be done. If I would have known it was going to be like this I would have taken it elsewhere, which I'll most likely be doing from here on. More
I wish I would have read the reviews for Serra Honda before reaching out to them. During a negotiation for a new car I was accused of wasting their time. And their OTD price was never truly OTD- always before reaching out to them. During a negotiation for a new car I was accused of wasting their time. And their OTD price was never truly OTD- always a few add-ons at the end. All email correspondence was filled with typos and rambling sentences. An EXTREMELY unprofessional dealership. Needless to say I did not buy from them. Nor will I ever. More
8 days ago my husband took our Odyssey in to have a oil change and break cleaning (as suggested). He was told the time needed was 40 min to one hour. Twenty some min later he got a call said his car was re change and break cleaning (as suggested). He was told the time needed was 40 min to one hour. Twenty some min later he got a call said his car was ready for picking up. My husband couldn't believe they did all these in such short time. It was about the time for them to close for the day, so my husband paid the bill with his credit card and left. At home he found the report from the technician didn't mention break cleaning. He called back. The higher management checked their video recording and told my husband they are going to refund part of the payment. We really appreciated the honesty. Then Honda Service Dept called my husband requesting his credit card info to refund the money (he did get refund later). They asked not only all the 16 card number but include exp date and security code! Is this the common practice for Honda Dealership? I have returned numerous goods in store and on line, never need to give all the info of my credit card! Two days later we received a recall letter from Honda. This time I called the service department made today's 7:30am appointment. I drove in and was told no other car was before me, I was the first appointment. "It will need one hour", the service advisor said. "The letter says the process is about 15 min" I said. " Well, maybe half an hour". He then directed me to the door of waiting area. I was the only one there then. I waited for one hour, no one came for me. I waited for another half hour, still no one came for me. I went to the counter. I immediately saw my car key was on a report pad. Then somebody said: " Your car is outside". I left. Soon after I started driving away my husband called me said he had just got a call said the car was ready! Apparently I was not counted as a person! I made the appointment, I brought the car in, I was directed to the waiting area. NO BODY SERVED ME! They only talk to my husband! Why ? Because I am an old Asian women (60s too old?)? What a frustrated experience! More
I bought a 2017 Nissan rogue from Honda about 3 years ago and ever since then I've had constant issues with the blower motor. They've looked at it multiple times with no success on fixing it. I bought a car and ever since then I've had constant issues with the blower motor. They've looked at it multiple times with no success on fixing it. I bought a car from them because I believed since it's Honda certified it would be a good car for my family. Since they are unable and unwilling to work with me on fixing this it puts my family at risk due to it doesn't properly keep the cab of the car at a safe temperature. I regret the day I decided to buy a car from Honda I'm quite disgusted on their ability on fixing cars that they sell. Thank you Chris and Honda for a horrible experience. More
Service advisors here need to cross train with the tech. Curt didn't have a clue to how you program a key for a car. Is this not a 101 class? His excuse to the programing fee... "I don't set the prices" b Curt didn't have a clue to how you program a key for a car. Is this not a 101 class? His excuse to the programing fee... "I don't set the prices" but apparently he was able to drop $25 off of the fee that never existed before. I don't understand why they tried to take advantage of my wife that's the part that makes me a never again customer....watch out for the snakes! More

They offe She had a vehicle to trade in. They report that the price they offer you is based on the true value and what they will sell it for later. They offered us $553 which my daughter accepted. They then turned around and sold it for $4,000. We had agreed to buy the used car at their set price. There was no reason for them to screw us over on the trade in. A good example of them being “penny wise and pound foolish. “. We will never deal with this dealer again More
My wife just purchased a used honda minivan and I would like to provide our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful through the process, but you are required to sign multiple documents making it like to provide our experience. The staff was friendly and helpful through the process, but you are required to sign multiple documents making it clear to you, and protecting them, regarding the fact 'that the vehicle used, they have no responsibility for any issues with vehicles, and one really, truly, was that if the vehicle broke in half, you own both halves. While I understand their need to protect themselves, and make it clear to the customer that its used and may have issues, I think the extent to which they went was overkill. Secondly, this is a no-haggle dealership, at least for their used cars. Understand clearly that this means they will not take ANYTHING into consideration on the price. This includes the fact that they will not perform any repairs on the vehicle, no matter how small or egregious the issue: the price is the price is the price. So you can expect that you may pay more than you would at a dealership where haggling was expected. Thirdly, but tying into the second point, I don't think they do any triage on these vehicles: if they do, it does not lead to even the most basic remediation. (Note that we were purchasing in their low end, what they called bargin basement vehicles). Case in point, the vehicle my wife purchased had shreded windsheild wipers: you would normally expect them to at least replace wiper blades! Fourthly, Always, Always, ALWAYS, take these vehicles to your own trusted mechanic. If you do not do so, you have no idea what youre getting into! We took ours to our trusted mechanic, Dynotune, before the purchase and they found several things I missed, including 2 broken motor mounts. This should be an obvious problem for an experienced mechanic - refer back to point 3. We did ask these to be repaired prior to purchase - refer back to point 2. Finally, if you have performed step 4, and clearly understand step 3, and are willing to pay the extra 10%-20% by the time you get necessary repairs completed, by all means go ahead and purchase. They make their position clear, and as previously mentioned, they're nice, and pleasant to work with. I just always recommend you go in with your eyes open. More
My husband and I bought a Honda with the help of Tommy and will have to say that young man went above and beyond to make this a fun, wonderful experience. It was just only Tommy but really the whole deale and will have to say that young man went above and beyond to make this a fun, wonderful experience. It was just only Tommy but really the whole dealership was awesome. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were getting the help needed. I am happy to say that I am still excited with the car my husband bought me and I will make sure I tell anyone I know looking for a car to head to this dealer and ask for Tommy! More
I had just purchased a used Subaru and came to pick it up two days later. When I got to the car, I couldn't get inside it because it wouldn't unlock with the key fob. I went inside the Serra Honda service ar two days later. When I got to the car, I couldn't get inside it because it wouldn't unlock with the key fob. I went inside the Serra Honda service area to seek assistance. It was raining outside and one of the Honda Service techs was able to get into the car to bring it to me. We discovered the key fob battery had died. So Chris Rogers took the time to take the key fob apart and replace the battery for me. He made sure the car started and that I was able to get on my way. Thanks to him for his assistance! This was a busy time in the morning for people to drop off vehicles for service and it was raining outside. I appreciate the great customer service!!! More
