Never have I ever been treated with such professionalism as Bryan Arrington, my service man, in his handling of my problems. He actually gave me service with a "personal interest". I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership within the past two years and the primary reason for the last 3 purchases was because of my meeting Bryan Arrington. Service vehicle Bryan was great to work with. I only want to deal with him in the future. I had to deal with Courtney at first and she was not good with communication Bryan was great to work with. I called several times and had to leave a message for Courtney to return my call and she never did. I think two and a half weeks for a new battery is ridiculous! When I finally picked my car up, there were ANTS everywhere on the inside! Horrible experience! More
