My experience Nice enough people at this dealership but very unprofessional. So after driving 15 hours from NJ to Alabama to purchase this car I find out when I get there that someone else has sold the car the night before. Smh, how tacky is that. More

My car was due for oil change, and I brought it in to the dealership at KIA Serra. Brian Arrington took care of me for the service work. He was very polite and provided excellent service. My oil change was completed quickly and then the service center clean my car. I will surely return to the service center for oil changes. The value and the quality of service is second to none. More

Recall on Sorento I talked with Bryan on March 17th about a recall on my 2013 Sorento. I asked about bringing it in on March 19th. Which he said was fine they would have someone there to take care of it. On the 19th Bryan was off and Allen took care of me that day. And said the parts would have to be ordered. I returned on the 26th and was told the parts was there and didn't understand what happened on the 19th. Bryan took care of my Sorento and was very nice. And I was in and out in 1 1/2 hrs. Bryan Arrington Service Department Adviser Bryan Arrington is the main reason I buy from Serra. The sales people are nice but the Service Department is where you real Service Department Adviser Bryan Arrington is the main reason I buy from Serra.
