Superior Service The appointment setter, I forgot her name in a friendly manner stated that she called my cell phone several times to inform me of the need for an appo The appointment setter, I forgot her name in a friendly manner stated that she called my cell phone several times to inform me of the need for an appointment reschedule. She saw my husband and said, "I spoke with you !" I explained to her that my work area is a dead cell phone zone. I asked my husband to contact the Serra KIA service department to confirm the time of our scheduled appointment. She was able to inform my husband that our recall appointment had to be rescheduled. Our KIA Soul needed an oil change anyway so my husband asked her if we could have an oil change. Whereupon she responded that we could. The service manager, Kevin was very attentive and helpful after he finished with his customer. We requested that he rotate the tires and put a new tire that we purchased with a rim. He asked me if I would rather have the new tire taken off the rim we purchased elsewhere because it was black and the original rims are silver. All in all I have to say that from beginning, throughout and the end of our visit was handled in a professional and friendly manner. This is not our first time getting an oil change and it will not be the last. Thank you. More
