Wonderful Experience I made an appointment for the first service on my 2019 Kia Soul. Although these are early days, I am impressed with Kia engineering and the thought that has gone into the design of the vehicle. The sales managers were nice but I could tell they were getting annoyed with me as time went on. The only real negative is I bought and signed for a car that I haven’t even laid eyes on that someone else is driving. First they said it would be ready the day after I purchased. Then it changed to that afternoon. Then I get a lovely voicemail from the sales manager saying it will be the following Wednesday. I am so thankful they helped me get a new car, but you’re dealing with a human’s life and emotions with this type of thing. Sales aren’t just sales. Humans are involved! More
