Went in for an oil change I took my car in for an oil change. Not only didn’t they reset my BO light. They offered to detail my vehicle but didn’t follow thru. Service could’ve I took my car in for an oil change. Not only didn’t they reset my BO light. They offered to detail my vehicle but didn’t follow thru. Service could’ve been better! Don’t ask to do something then don’t follow through on your end! I sat in the lobby almost 2hrs for an oil change, not even offered an bottle of water. More

Fantastic experience I recently had an oil change done. The attention I received and the actual service was fantastic. I had an appointment, but they were very busy; but I recently had an oil change done. The attention I received and the actual service was fantastic. I had an appointment, but they were very busy; but I was still in and out in less than an hour. Also, I was kept apprised of what was being done. Upon completion of the service Kevin the service tech explained to me line by line what was done and I was given an extensive safety check list which was great as I drive alot. More
Nice people, not organized, got over on me! Service and sales do not communicate. Service had no clue we were supposed to be coming. When we test drove the car we noticed the panel cover where y Service and sales do not communicate. Service had no clue we were supposed to be coming. When we test drove the car we noticed the panel cover where you can reset engines lights was off. We asked to have it replaced. A week and a half after were bought the car the check engine light come on. It's the catalytic convertor! I feel completely ripped off. I feel they turned that light off before I test drove the car. They were nice and accommodating however I honestly feel they knew they were selling me a car that would have problems and that makes me angry. More

Last second tire exchange It was the brink of closing the shop and garage door and I drove in and asked for them to look at my tire. They didn’t turn me away. They took the ca It was the brink of closing the shop and garage door and I drove in and asked for them to look at my tire. They didn’t turn me away. They took the car back and came back and told me there was a nail in my tire. I picked it up between the industrial park loop to pine hill so I drive an 1.5 hours away and I’m just thankful they stayed to get me a new tire on so I could go home in the rainy weather that day. And the conversations with the employees there was great to! I appreciate ya! More
