I would have said 0 stars if I could have. I went in Late January with the idea of trading my vehicle in and purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If I had read the previous reviews, I ne I went in Late January with the idea of trading my vehicle in and purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If I had read the previous reviews, I never would have stepped foot into this place. I ended up trading my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid that I will also note they did not pay off completely as I was told they would and that not one time had to have anything repaired during the 4 1/2 years I drove it to a 2021 Honda Pilot SUV that still had toys in it from the previous owner's children. They got me set up and moved me out as quick as possible. I went to the tag office and got my tag transferred just to find out the paperwork they gave me had the wrong VIN on it for the vehicle I purchased so I had to go back down to the tag office and have it corrected, my time and money wasted. Move on to barely a month later my check engine light comes on saying it has an emissions problem, so I drove it to the dealership thinking I had a full warranty on the vehicle as I was told at purchase. When I went to pick it up, they charged me $185.00 for the diagnosis fee that I was not informed of when dropping it off. I was informed I do have a lifetime warranty but the part I need is not covered by it and will be $500 for parts and labor. I was also told my first 3 oil changes where free with purchase and they tried to charge me for that also. I got the full report back and it says my rear brakes need to be changed also. I should not be having any issues out of a vehicle I just purchased, and I feel like no one tried to do anything to help me when I went to speak with them about this. PLEASE!!!! think twice before getting a vehicle from them. More
Twice I have been there and spoken to like I was an idiot and treated very condescendingly. The Manager Andrew A Fisher was verbally abusive and walked up on me like he was going to run over me all because we had a change of heart. He also kept our downpayment. On 9/19/2023 we went to purchase a new car. I wanted a certain one I had saw online and they told me they had something different and asked if I would be willing to look at it. So I did, they talked me into it and we put $1000 down on it , traded my Nissan Altima and took it home. The next morning we decided we wanted something different with better miles on it and took it back. The finance guy, Casey was already being rude when we got there. We said hello how are you and he replies with “best day ever, WhI don’t y’all just finance the car and be done with it?” My husband and I said no we just don’t want it and he walked out of the room and got the GM, Andy. He is also rude and tells us we are being recorded just like we were yesterday when we got the car and my mom and I start to giggle a little about something unrelated and he gets mad and tells us this is no laughing matter and we needed to stop and we said excuse me? Do you have a problem?? And he says well yeah you’re laughing and there’s nothing funny and I said you know what, just go get my keys so we can leave and not deal with an xxxxxxx. He says yeah well I want customers who aren’t xxxxing liars and then gets up and charges over at my mom who is standing in the doorway due to it being a tiny room and just stands in front of her expecting her to move out of his way. She said if you are wanting around me, you could say excuse me and he sarcastically says “excuse me” in a high pitch tone. Then walks out of the room and started very loudly asking his employees to find the keys to the “old-ima” Once we asked how they were going to get us our $1000 deposit back, they advised they we would not be getting that back as we caused them to lose a sale. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever encountered. More
Last month I dropped by this dealership to take a first look walkaround of a Kia Sorento. Before I did this I looked on their site to see what was on the lot, and clicked thru the links on a specific vehic look walkaround of a Kia Sorento. Before I did this I looked on their site to see what was on the lot, and clicked thru the links on a specific vehicle to get information. A salesman contacted me, and when I actually came by, I expected to see him. Instead of dealing with him directly, even after meeting him there, I was instead passed off to another salesman, who started asking questions unrelated to my visit prior to actually taking me out to the vehicle for the walkaround. After that was done, and I was ready to leave, he asked me to wait a few while he went to get a business card (why he wasn't carrying any on him I have no idea!). When it was apparent he was delaying his return, I casually mentioned to another salesman sitting nearby that I was leaving. As I was backing my truck out to go, here comes that salesman with the finance guy in tow (who wasted no time asking me questions unrelated to my reason for coming) and then the salesman hands me a sticky note with his name and number on it. Needless to say I was not about to pull back in and stick around. All was very unprofessional, and I will certainly not be visiting this dealer again. Their lost sales is no skin off my back! More

She is absolutely phenomenal. It was a great experience! I’m not sure what she’s getting paid but she deserves more.
