Thank you for letting us know what happened when you brought in your Escape the first time. Sometimes if we cannot hear the noise, it is hard to know what to repair. We were able to get this Escape back in to do an extensive road test and we did hear the squeaking brakes. We replaced the brake pads and rotors which took care of the noise once and for all! Sorry for any confusion when you first brought in the Escape. Please let us know if you have any other questions about the repair.
