Just in case you were looking to by a replacement battery. I needed to replace my Ford battery, so I called Serra Ford in Rochester. Told him what model/number I need, and he said they have plenty of that one in stock. So, I dropped by to pick one up. I noticed it was manufactured 6 months ago. I questioned why it was 6 months old and he told me they don't sell a lot of batteries, but that it does comes with a full replacement warranty (not pro-rated). He could only find this newest battery in stock being 6 months old ... the rest in stock were of same manufacturer date or older. I ended up buying this as I only need a battery for the next 3 years and the fact it comes with a good warranty works for me. Installed in car and it starts right up. Only reason for 3 -star rating is a Ford Dealer should have batteries replenished/updated more often. Selling 6-month-old or older batteries doesn't seem right. More

1. Service Department failed to reset the OIL LIFE monitor, two days after getting the oil changed I started to receive alerts from the Ford Pass stating time for oil change. 2. I communicated to the Service Department NOT to redeem any of my Ford Pass Rewards and I will pay via credit card....instead they disregarded my request. I was going to use my rewards towards my personal vehicle and not a company owned vehicle. 3. Serra Ford charges .99 cent DOCUMENT RENTENTION FEE....REALLY, is the SERRA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP hurting that bad that they charge their customers .99 cents. THE VALET SERVICE THEY OFFER WAS GREAT, THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT PROVIDED THIS SERVICE WAS PROFFESIONAL AND FREINDLY. More

While there, a few problems developed which was the ser When i bought my new edge, i left my 2011 edge in service for front end work & a black screen. While there, a few problems developed which was the service departments fault. Dave Watt took over the service problems and kept me informed. He went beyond what was necessary to make sure I left being a happy customer. Although i am not totally happy with the service workers, I am pleased how Dave handled things and took care of all the issues. Thankyou again Dave! More
