My Experience-KATHY, JAYNE, KRISTINA I was looking for a used car with low miles, what I got was a barely used car with really low miles-I was brought in by a friend-and boy this place di I was looking for a used car with low miles, what I got was a barely used car with really low miles-I was brought in by a friend-and boy this place did not do me wrong, and I pretty much put them through the wringer-there is something to be said about an extremely busy dealership-the sales angel, Kathy-heard my needs-the credit angels Jayne-through Kristina put up with my nonsense-and left me feeling pretty darn good at the end of the transaction. I appreciate all of the efforts and the outcome. I can be really easy to deal with or fairly difficult-it depends on what I'm going through at that moment. These ladies treated me with the utmost respect-and I left with the car I dreamed pretty much into existence. (which two weeks later I still love)-I would definitely return and recommend this team! I'm pretty certain Kristina had to move heaven and xxxx to get me financed. Thank you so much! More

I was able to put down a deposit to go and see the truck the following Monday. I was out of town for the weekend and didn’t want the truck to sell. They were gracious enough to switch out some heavy fifth wheel hitches for me. Over all very nice people. Be prepared to wait to get paperwork done. We spend hours trying to get things taken care of for the purchase. Had to wait for the money person, they did provide drinks and snacks. Sometimes I felt like we didn’t have their undivided attention. They were talking to other customers while trying to get our paperwork done. More

Amazing Customer Service I leased my 2017 Escape Titanium in June 2017. I went back to Scott in August and purchased my son. Used Jeep Liberty. Recently, my 2 year lease came to an end on my Escape and I returned to Scott to go over my best options. I ended up purchasing my Escape Titanium. I absolutely loved my car. Scott again, helped me through the process making it totally painless.
