Amazing service! Took my car in for service before I headed up north this past weekend. I got 'the works' done. A minor oil leak was found which worried me because I didn't have time to do much since I was heading to traverse city the next day. Greg really put me at ease and had me come back in before I left for my trip to make sure a significant amount of oil wasn't coming out. He personally checked it for me and told me I was good to go. He even offered to let me come in after my trip to see how much oil I lost to assess how bad the leak was. It was super appreciated and really put me at ease. I will definitely be back. More

Best Dealership Experiance I have Had! Contacted Scott DeWitt about a F-150 I was interested in and he started looking into it for me right away. Unfortunately the truck was already in the Contacted Scott DeWitt about a F-150 I was interested in and he started looking into it for me right away. Unfortunately the truck was already in the process of being sold. Scott looked at the other F-150s on the lot an recommended a few different ones. I didn't see any that I fell in love with that day. Scott continued to look for a truck for me and sent me pictures and a video of one that just came in on trade. It was everything I was looking for. Since I was working 60 hour work weeks at the time he drove the truck to my house after business hour so I could see it in person. I had to have that truck. So the next day I called my bank from work to start the loan. Went to the bank during my lunch to get a check and Scott drove the truck to my house that night. Signed the papers at my own Dinning room table. Talk about excellent customer service and going the extra mile. More
