While I was driving, she had my previous car inspected for a trade in value so that when I was done test driving, we were ready to talk numbers. I am college student, so I made it clear that I had a budget to work with. Tonya had absolutely no problem working with me and Eric, the service manager, to get a deal on a brand new Ford Focus, and I am actually saving money monthly because of the excellent gas mileage! Tonya introduced me to some employees who I may be working with in the future for oil changes and such, and everyone was so friendly. I felt very accommodated and pleased with the entire experience. Tonya also ensured I was completely comfortable with the new Ford Sync technology, and with every other feature in the car. She was very patient while I familiarized myself with the car. Shawn dialed into my price range without sacrificing the options I needed/desired. Huntington had the vehicle i wanted in the color I wanted in stock on their lot (always a plus). Back in 2010 I filled out an internet form requesting information on the new F-150 that had been introduced in 2009. I had been a "chevy" guy for 15 years but found the Silverado lacking in some of the l information on the new F-150 that had been introduced in 2009. I had been a "chevy" guy for 15 years but found the Silverado lacking in some of the luxury features that I desired. Both my wife and I were reluctant to go back to Huntington Ford as we had had several less than positive experiences with them in the mid 90's. My wife was due for a new vehicle as well. Within 30 minutes (maybe less) of Anastasia receiving my inquire she had tracked me down and invited me up to the show room to look over Ford's new product line. We had been looking at the 2010 Chevy Malibu LTZ but quickly liked the Fusion. Anastasia not only new a great deal of information on the Ford product but was able to offer us a fairly unbiased comparison between the Fusion and the Malibu. There was no pressure from her at all to make a quick decision. We drove both vehicles. The fact of the matter was simple. I felt 5 years older in the Malibu and 5 years younger in the Fusion. We explained our former misgivings of the dealership. Anastasia assured us that the dealership had changed and was more customer focused. We were introduced to several of the managers and found them to be sincerely interested in our business. One of Anastasia's several strong skills is that of followup. Besides the usual pre-written letters that we received from Huntington/ Ford we received several phone calls and emails from Anastasia simply asking if there was anything else she could do to assist us with the enjoyment of our new Fusion. She is always polite and professional, yet a lot of fun to work with. Over the next several months I would hear from Anastasia as she was quite interested in making me a Ford Truck guy! I have to be honest, it doesn't hurt when the product being sold is superior! In early 2011 I ordered my Silver Ingot F-150 Platinum It took several months to be built (pretty popular truck) but Anastasia kept me well informed of the build date and subsequent delivery date. Anastasia took care of ordering the cap for the bed, having it painted to match the vehicle's color, installing several after-market items as well as taking care of the lease on my Chevy Silverado. At delivery time, there were NO surprises. Everything was installed as requested. I continue to drive the F-150 today and I'm quite anxious to drive the new Atlas in 2014. In late 2012 we leased an Escape for my son. In June of this year we traded in the 2010 Fusion for a 2013 Fusion Hybrid. Once again, it was a complete joy to process the sale with Anastasia. We have nothing but great things to say about her as a representative of Ford and Huntington. With respect to the service area. Absolutely NO complaints. We have had no trouble having the necessary maintenance performed on all of the vehicles. They are timely with the work and we have not had to take any of the three vehicles back for the same thing, other than regular scheduled maintenance. The service people are very friendly, they are attentive to any "special requests" that we have made and we receive a personal review of the work that was being performed. I'm going to assume that somewhere along the way between the 90's and now that management realized there needed to be a change. I must say that both my wife and I (and my son) are extremely satisfied with Huntington Ford. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, include this dealership in your choice (s) of places to visit and by all means ask for Anastasia, tell her Reed sent you!!! More
