The shuttle service is completely unreliable. I waited over 2.5 hours from the time I called until the shuttle service came to pick me up from work. No indication it would take longer than usual. Tread Huntington set up a time to look at the car. I stopped by and loved the Taurus SHO along with the outstanding service I received. Even though it is about 50 miles from my house it was worth the trip to get my vehicle from this dealership. In all it took about 35 minutes to get a test drive, paperwork done, vehicle cleaned up and on the road. Tread continues to follow up with us to make sure all is going well and providing us tips about our new vehicle. I will be back there the next time I need a vehicle. More
