I wasn't happy about how everything went. I explained to him my whole situation with my credit before I went out there. He kept telling me not to worry and had me literally go out there for absolutely nothi him my whole situation with my credit before I went out there. He should of told me that I would need a cosigner up front before I made the 1 hour and 15 minute trip for nothing. He did not help me it was useless me going on there for nothing. Then again, I guess that's part of being a salesperson, they are full of bs and bring peoples hopes up for nothing but to let them down and disappoint them. More

Due to the chip shortage I wasn’t able to get a truck that I wanted and didn’t want an f-150 too big for what I needed. I was told that special order was the way to go. The salesman I dealt with was putting together a loaded package for me when all I asked was for something basic. I didn’t need a super cab on the ranger I wanted and he assured me that everything was the way I wanted it and it would be 7 to 8 weeks due to the chip shortage this was back in September. 10 weeks later he calls me to inform me my truck had arrived. He started crunching numbers and it wasn’t making sense I told him what I could work with and he told me that the msrp was 34,000. I stopped everything to inform him that wasn’t what I had ordered. He tells me he’ll call me back and sure enough they ordered the wrong truck and then told me it would be another 7 to 8 weeks before my order would come in. At this point I’m already upset it was messed up I told him to forget it I won’t be doing business with them again. This is the second dealership I’ve had issues with and I won’t recommend this one to anyone More
