He listened to my needs and concerns, answering questions, making suggestions, reviewing discounts available, and genuinely making me feel at ease with my lease decision and price. Jim worked with me to make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price and delivered it when it was convenient for me. I am certain that the lease price was fair because it was in line and slightly better than several other lease prices I received from other Ford dealers in the area. Jim delivered the vehicle on time and in excellent condition.
