They are a President's Award dealership. We had trouble with the Ford My Touch System on our prior car and Woody set up our phones and got us going on how to use them. He is going to give us "lessons" on how utilize the system so we can take advantage of its many great features. I cannot thank him enough for all his kindness and help.
