Terrible I tried to get these guys to sell me a car on 3 separate occasions. 1 - was in discussions with salesperson who apparently left - never heard from de I tried to get these guys to sell me a car on 3 separate occasions. 1 - was in discussions with salesperson who apparently left - never heard from dealership. 2 - Left to leave a voicemail in general mailbox - no return call. 3 - spoke to sales person replacement and ASKED to order a 2016 Explorer. Wasn't sure about process and promised to call call - no response. I can't believe how hard it is to get a hold of these guys. I'll send them the invoice from my purchase elsewhere for certain. That and the fact that they aren't open Saturday makes it hard to believe these guys are still on business.. More

Angelo was super helpful!! Fantastic service!!! Came in looking for a 2014 Edge but ended up with a 2015 Explorer :) Angelo was our customer rep. We were originally looking for an Edge and he gave u Came in looking for a 2014 Edge but ended up with a 2015 Explorer :) Angelo was our customer rep. We were originally looking for an Edge and he gave us all the info requested quickly and efficiently. Angelo was very thorough in explaining all the features of the test drive cars before we got in, even though we previously had Fords. We really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything and addressed all our questions. It was a cold and snowy February day, but Angelo was considerate enough to make sure the test drive cars were cleaned of snow and comfortably heated inside. That's more than I can say for other dealers! We ended up getting the Explorer since it was a better fit for us, and we had all the info needed to make a good decision in front of us due to Angelo. We were also impressed with Angelo's knowledge of consumer protection rights and many other little things that some dealers may do without the customers knowledge. We never felt like we were being sold to, but only given information and honest opinion. Lastly, when we came to the dealer to finalize the sale, we were late, maybe 1 hour before dealer closed. We decided on a different vehicle that day, but Angelo made some moves and was still able to get our car prepared so we could leave with it that night. Very impressed by that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Huntington Ford. Go see Angelo to get in a new car...now :) More
